An Athens heating and cooling company.
Keystone HVAC & Surface Dynamics works on homes and businesses from an office on Atlanta Highway.
The answer should come before the sale.
Most people call us with one question underneath the one they ask: is this worth fixing? They deserve a straight answer, with the reasons, before anyone talks about new equipment.
So that's how visits go here. We find the cause, show you the part, read the data plate, and tell you which way it leans. When it's close, you get both quotes and decide.
What you can count on.
Shown, not told
The failed part and the data plate, in front of you.
Both quotes
Repair and replace side by side when it's close.
Your approval
No work without your go-ahead.
Left tidy
Drop cloths down, old parts gone.
Licensing in Georgia
Georgia licenses HVAC contractors through the State Construction Industry Licensing Board's Division of Conditioned Air Contractors.
About the name
“Surface Dynamics” is part of the name, not the trade. Keystone does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only — no flooring, coatings or surface work.
Half of our work
Heat pumps, air conditioning, furnaces and ductless.
The other half
Rooftop units and split systems for Athens businesses.
